  • Come to the beach and three bedroom, two bathroom Gulf side condo. This seventh floor unit is spacious and totally comfortable for families or several couples. The master bedroom has a beautiful king sized bed, private bathroom and direct access to the large balcony. Open the window and enjoy the sounds of the Gulf and the beautiful view. The front bedroom has a queen sized bed and a set of twin size bunk beds. The middle bedroom also has a queen sized bed, a sofa for lounging and a private balcony. Each bedroom has its own television and ceiling fan. There is an extra large TV in the living area. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen for any and all of your cooking and baking needs, as well as a coffee maker and a Keurig. Additionally the unit has a variety of board games and cards suitable for all ages.

    You will not be disappointed with your vacation accommodations. The Sandy Key complex offers two large swimming pools, tennis courts, a hot tub, fitness center, and outdoor grills. The gated parking lot and private beach access provides both privacy and security . The 600 feet is beautiful beach and a wonderful condo is waiting for you!

Wonderful place for our family. The condo is nicely furnished with all the amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. I love the 3 bedrooms, we had 6 “adults” but could have easily had 2 more with the bunk beds and all of the room. It is right on the beach and so close to water, we spent every morning and evening on the deck. We love the “high” chairs of the deck as it was great for sitting and watching without looking at the metal railing! Didn’t realize what a difference that would make! To me, a real measure of quality is when there is an issue and it gets resolved. We had a significant problem with one of the mattresses and instead of it being an issue to ruin our week the management company was up there with a replacement in hours. I was very impressed and they continued to be a resource throughout the week. So gorgeous unit, directly on the beach, great host support and finally the location-it was perfect, nice and quiet vs the whole “high rise strip”. Totally recommend

Vacation 2020

Great property, we enjoyed it. Wish we could have put up a tent for the kids but no tents were allowed due to beach erosion. That was the only draw back here.
