Palais à Pensacola Beach

« Aileen checked me in. She was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a very spacious ocean facing room with a great balcony that has 2 chairs and a side table. The sheets were crisp and white. The beds were comfy and each one had 4 pillows. The air conditioner worked very very well.... cold sleepers unite :) . The toiletries were light on scent and family friendly . The 2 pools and outside deck was spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great variety.... and I'll say it.... it beats the marriot...

« L'hôtel est tres bien placé mais souffre d'un niveau de propreté en-deçà du niveau attendu. Mauvaise literie et clim bruyante. Pas de femme de ménage durant notre sejour.De nombreuses bebetes au niveau de la piscine... C'est donc un mauvais rapport qualité prix. »

« The smell of marijuana on ninth floor was extremely annoying - uncomfortable to sit on the balcony at night and smell it . Families filling the pool and lazy river with their own floats / tubes / boogie boards/ kid toys was in the way of patrons trying to relax »

« Le séjour s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble, car nous étions un couple sans enfants. L'hôtel est bien situé. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas d'armoire ni de tiroirs de rangement, si bien que vos vêtements restent dans vos valises. Et comme il n'y a pas de support pour poser les valises, elles restent au sol.
