We were greeted with a basket of water, treats, and a bottle of wine, which was exactly what we needed after a long and tiring drive. The view to the ocean is breathtaking and the balcony was a beautiful spot to drink our morning coffee. The condo smelled great and was very very clean. The bed and linens were so comfortable. The view of the Gulf from the living room and the master bedroom was amazing! It was SUPER clean and the beds were comfy. We had all the space we needed, and the kitchen is fully stocked. We picked this one on the second floor thinking we could just pop up and down the stairs when needed, but the stairs only lead directly outside to the parking lot (not pool or beach access), but it was not a problem, we didn't have to wait long for elevators. The place was very nice I would just recommend a bar to help with getting in and out of shower/bath or at least a non slip mat in one for elderly guests. The balcony needed to be swept a little better and we were there during “spring break” week which left teenagers around us unattended by adults and getting into things they shouldn’t, but the neither host nor location can be faulted for that. The staff was on top of their job keeping only residents and guests on the property, which is greatly appreciated. The condo itself was quite nice and had all the amenities you’d expect. The pool is huge and perfectly maintained. The only negative is the clunky access code process. To have 3 different codes and to have to enter codes at every turn is unreasonable. A new, more user friendly technology needs to be implemented. ##### David S.
