The emerald green water and sugar white sand are only a few steps away from the cabanas at Beach Club. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and features granite countertops, tile floors, flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a stacked washer and dryer set. Accommodations comfortably sleep 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed. This fully furnished condo will make the perfect beach home away from home. Enjoy our 2 pools on the property, including our outdoor pool and our heated indoor pool! The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 years old and younger from 10am-6pm. While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests. The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25\. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates. First floor and just steps to pool and over the dunes to the beach. Can enjoy ocean views and sounds from the patio! It would be great if the patio had a pub-type table/chairs that were a bit taller so that the railing of the patio doesn’t obstruct the view.
