"My grandson had an allergic reaction the day we arrived. . We were at the hospital all day. The Dr. told us if he wasn't better in the morning, he'd be admitted. We left that night. The front desk manager, Leah Kocke, was very sympathetic and gave us a full refund. Without hesitating!!! I needed that!! We made it home safe and my grandson is doing so much better. "The Pensacola Beach Resort is now my favorite place to stay. The resort feel was wonderful. The beach, pool, and tiki bar were so nice. The room and staff were great. It felt secluded even though it was just down the street from all the amenities of Pensacola Beach. We’ll definitely be back!"
