In addition to its privileged location, the house has an outdoor space where you will be able to savour good marinated grilled meats cooked on the barbecue then dive into the swimming pool after having lounged in the sun.

The interior of the house with its original parquet flooring and brown colours offers you the possibility of resting comfortably installed on the sofa or meeting up in the kitchen-dining room to watch the ocean whilst savouring delicious dishes previously simmered in the well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, toaster and kettle).

The rental can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, the first is a cosy cocoon where you want to get together to enjoy the calm that the view provides, wood predominates in the second bedroom, the third will be perfect for children or a couple, as it is equipped with two single beds, and finally the fourth will delight young parents since a baby bed is available there.

For even more convenience, you will find in the rental: a shower room with toilet, a bathroom with toilet, a barbecue, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a high chair.
