"The first night we checked in we were not happy with our room at all, as there was mold on the bathtub and the curtains wouldn’t close properly. We complained and the gentleman at the desk said he would definitely move us to another room, but unfortunately they were booked up that night. He said he would leave a note on our file and we would be moved in the morning. When we went down the next morning, there was a different girl there so we explained the situation and said there was a note on our file to move rooms. Instead, she went to speak to the maintenance man to see if he could fix our existing room. I told her that we were promised a new room. Once she checked with him, he confirmed he could not fix the bathtub, so she said she could move our room. I was not happy having to argue with her and waste 20 minutes, after being told that there was a note on our file to move rooms. Our new room was very nice and updated."

"While the staff were very helpful. The property is very dated. The ceiling I our room had huge cracks. Our sink did not drain very well. But over all it was very clean and friendly staff."

"It’s a great location if you visit the Acadian Peninsula. They have a nice indoor pool. Close to the Caraquet wharf. Few restaurant nearby. Continental breakfast included. Staff is very friendly Roos are very nice. Not much Chanel on TV but it’s ok. Bathroom is small but you have a small counter where the coffee machine is. Also have balcony. Very happy. Room was pricy for September but there was a festival in Bertrand so like any other hotels. Price go up when you have an event."

"Sans hésitation, je donne 5*……. Petit chalet neuf, décoré au goût du jour, très propre.Lit et literie très confortable, salle de bain et douche impeccable. Sofa et table d’appoint ( on peut soulever le dessus de la table pour les repas)Il faut savoir que la cuisine n’est pas équipée de vaisselles, coutellerie ou chaudron…. Donc, à prévoir vaisselle jetable…BBQ et table de pique-nique disponibleTrès bien situé pour une visite Acadienne…. 1 à 2 heures de route ……sud ou nord (exemple) Bouctouche et caraquetEn résumé PARFAIT."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison durant le festival acadien! Nous y avons été du 13 au 17 août 2026. On a bien dormi, les lits sont confortables, les draps de bonne qualité, tous les meubles en excellente condition, une maison bien entretenue avec une superbe vue sur le fleuve! Mention spéciale pour la propreté des lieux et la facilité d’accès à la maison et au propriétaire! Bien située, grand stationnement et belle terrasse pour prendre un café le matin ou une petite bouchée! Nous avons aussi apprécié le foyer extérieur où nous avons passé une belle soirée en famille autour du feu! Je recommande cet hébergement! C’était parfait pour nous! Les photos et l’annonce reflète bien ce qu’il en est!"
