"Check in was awesome. Desk rep was very professional, upgraded me at no charge. He was very professional, courteous, and I truly appreciated his kindness. Breakfast was great, room was great, and comfortable. "

"I had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and I had a city view, which was great. The only downside (and it's not that extreme) was their breakfast. It wasn't bad but just not may choices. I just prefer hot breakfast if I'm going to eat. I would definitely stay again."

"Breakfast was quality food and table area was clean. Parking lot was well kept with landscaping that was well tended. "

"Breakfast needs more non pork meats... might staff isn't as friendly. My key wasn't working and the guy at the front desk wanted to give me such a hard time about keeping the key away from my phone. I never put the key card anywhere near my cell phone I kept telling him. He was a little rude."

"They require an extra $150. fee to cover for a person tearing up the room that they will give back only after they have had a thorough inspection after you check out. Poor tasting small breakfast selection! Tiny room bathroom. Our room had Vinyl flooring only throughout; no carpet! Would not recommend!"

"The hotel is somewhat outdated 70’s - 80’s era could use a makeover. The staff is incredible and definitely the strong point of the hotel. Location is great, Greenville is on the rise very safe and clean lots of great businesses retail and restaurant. I once felt this way about Asheville but it lost its charm well before the big storm, hope Greenville stays the course it’s on."
