We have 4 other Keowee lakefront homes on VRBO, listing numbers 2386961, 2935752, 2065001, and 1714451\. We have been personally managing our Lake Keowee vacation rentals since 2014, so you can feel comfortable booking our home. Welcome to one of the premier lakefront townhomes in the gated community of Stoneledge at Lake Keowee. This lakefront townhome features 3 bedrooms plus bunk room, 4.5 baths, Lakefront location, stainless steel appliances, a gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, wood flooring, custom paint and stacked stone and cedar exteriors. Ten foot ceilings on the main level showcase the gorgeous views of Lake Keowee. It provides over 3,300 square feet of living area, and includes a main floor screened porch, patio, and large terrace level outdoor living area all with amazing views of Lake Keowee. Also included is a one car garage with 2 kayaks available for you to use at no additional cost! Please don't mistakenly think that all Stoneledge properties are created equal. Unlike many other Stoneledge units, this home is lakefront with a dock and private boat slip just steps behind the home, and also has resort amenities directly in front of the home, including a luxury clubhouse, resort style pool, tennis court, fitness center, and a large greenspace for kids to play. Many other Stoneledge properties require a long walk to the lake or driving to the amenities, and many do not have a boat slip. The exterior of the home is elegant stacked stone and cedar siding, with stone columns accentuating the lakeside porch, patio, and terrace outdoor living area. Just beyond the terrace are walking trails to enjoy a leisurely stroll and soak in the views of pristine Lake Keowee, which is consistently ranked as one of the cleanest and most beautiful lakes in the country. The main level boasts an inviting entry. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, ample storage space, a large pantry, and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your perfect Lake Keowee vacation. The dining area includes a large dining room table with seating for 8\. The living room features an LED HDTV mounted above a lovely fireplace, with plenty of seating. The kitchen, living room, and dining room all have amazing lake views. The Master Bedroom includes a King size bedroom suite with luxury plush mattress and designer bedding. The master suite also features a LED HDTV, large walk-in closet, and a master bath with jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The master suite is lakefront with incredible views. The main level patio features a gas grill and outdoor table and chairs, again with beautiful views of the lake. The upper level includes two large bedrooms suites, each with its own bathroom. The second upstairs guest bedroom features two Queen beds with brand new luxury plush mattresses and bedding. The amenities were amazing and part of why we chose this place to stay for our family vacation. We have stayed at other properties of this couple and they are always very lovely to deal with. My kids loved having the kayaks to use and spent most of their time in the large area downstairs. We enjoyed the screened in porch for relaxing and enjoying the nice weather. The condo is spacious and comfortable. It has a boat slip so we had a convenient place to park the rental boat. The owner was very flexible and responsive to pre-visit inquires. Enjoyed our stay in your townhome. It was very comfortable for our family of 8 as well as the small luncheon we had with another family to celebrate Clemson graduation! Beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to dock was very easy and convenient. Walking trails were enjoyed by all. Unfortunately the club house was only available to us for one day due to work being done. ##### Sally B. Beautiful outdoor spaces with views of the lake, easy access to pool and tennis courts. Only suggestion would be to repair the screen door on the screened porch - it's a lovely area but because of some tears in the screen was not mosquito free. ##### Christine R. It had everything we needed and the location is great within the neighborhood. The pool, playground, and tennis court are just a short walk away. It is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. Nicely decorated and clean. The only disappointment is that we chose this property because it said it had a garage with 2 kayaks- our children wanted to kayak on the lake but when we got there, the instructions stated that the garage was locked and unavailable.
