The two stove option made for cookie smells upstairs and turkey smells down stairs. We had plenty of space for all of us to enjoy each other without stepping on anyone. "The cabin was great. We really enjoyed it. It was very relaxing waking up to the sun and the water. We had a problem with the TV's the first night, and left a message for the host, a maintenance person was there to fix them within 10 minutes. He changed one TV and got a new remote for the other one. Like many of the reviews, the cabin did not have a broom and because it is on the beach, the floor was covered the first night. "Stayed a couple of days last week and even tho it's off-season and quite a few places were closed plus there was still some storm damage in the area, we had a nice, relaxing time. We visited nearby Harbour Springs and St.Ignace and discovered some great places to eat and will definitely be coming back. The property is centrally located when I contacted the host about a couple of issues I had, they resolved them promptly and chked with me afterwards to see if everything was ok. Fantastic hosts...

"A cool old school house/community building converted into apartments. Very spacious. High ceilings. Well appointed with everything you would want. 15 minutes to cross village, Mackinac city. Levering itself is small and impoverished, but it was peaceful, not intimidating. Great hosts. My only complaint would be that they keep the air conditioning extremely cold."
