"This is an absolute gem. With so many choices, I really feel that we hit the jackpot. Cheap but with all the special considerations including bed turn down and lovely complimentary breakfast. Family owned and run, you are dealing with beautiful local people. You can hire scooters and walk to Mushroom Bay and the Sandy Bay Beach club is a very short walk. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning and wifi, and great pool area. Definitely would go back - and the adjoining massage spa is excellent!"

The pool had broken light in the water and exposed wires ! It wasn’t switched on but looked dangerous.
There was no hot water available in the bathroom during our stay.
The outdoor shower area was very dirty and the sliding door did not slide at all. The slide fittings were rusted and needed to be repaired.
The staff were friendly. The mosquito net was full of holes and had dirty stains all over it.
The umbrellas at the pool are completely broken...

"Very nice, clean resort in a quiet area, still easy walk to a choice of restaurants and shops. Unique pool area with deck chairs on sand around the pool with ocean views. Good buffet breakfast in dining area. Only small faults is hot water pressure in showers and beach in front of resort not ideal for swimming due to shallow water and currents. Otherwise perfect stay!!"

Great service good value, staff are very attentive with the buggies to get up the hill- we had 2 x 70 year olds with us on a 3 generation holiday. Great location to walk into town or the other way to Lago beach to swim out to the pontoon or go to the swanky spa next door. "Absolutely horrible stay. Rooms are dirty and broken. Electricity ran out for 6 hours and the staff wouldn’t reload the credit for us to have electricity.
Pool dirty, no pumps running, basically infested by mosquitoes in the stagnant water. Stayed only one night instead 2."

The food was excellently prepared, we had a wonderful breakfast everyday and stayed for lunch and dinner on rain days.
