"This is a lovely space! It is very clean and tastefully decorated with a convenient little kitchen, a very comfy bed and two extra futons that double as couch and chair creating a nice “living room”. It’s one open space but there’s a little screen you can use if you want to create a bit of separate space for a “bedroom”. It is on the same property as the owner’s house but in a completely separate building. Best of all, you have a beautiful view of the ocean outside the large windows! And the owner told us about a public path, literally 3 minutes walk away, that leads to a beautiful rocky spot above the crashing waves! What a treat!! Also, the historic fishing village of Rockport, just 5 minutes drive away, is adorable with fun little boutiques and several good restaurants (and ice-cream shops!) all right on the harbor. A truly wonderful get-away!!"

"Great little beach house in Rockport and very central for exploring Rockport and Gloucester. Would definitely stay here again. One warning, there is no a/c as listed and even though it’s on the beach you’re still a block away from the water so if it was toasty at night it would be quite warm for sleeping in my opinion. With fans we did just fine but it was pretty warm the first night we were there."
