Apple at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile, and the bell boys in the lobby greeted us with a friendly "welcome" every time we returned. We booked a North Wing Suite, and the room was incredibly spacious. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to handle my work needs, and the Jacuzzi bathtub was fantastic. The balcony offered stunning views of both the sea and the beautiful pool area. The pool was absolutely amazing, with a fun float area for kids—lots of children were having a blast. The breakfast selection was average but covered all the essentials. The gym, however, had several facilities that were out of service. This is a historic hotel, so it’s not fair to compare it to newer properties. After check in, they not even show me where is my room, how to go there or any property’s information .
