Nothing was too much trouble as they assisted with luggage. It is a good half hour walk to walking street but tuk tuks go by regular. The rooms were large and bright with aircon. I found my bed comfy to sleep on but harder than im used too. Everything you needed was there. Its just a shame there was no sun on the pool in the afternoon. We did visit the beach often We rented a vehicle and there was space for parking at the hotel. The large classical room was clean with a large clean bathroom. Many shops, terminal 21 mall, bars restaurants are in less than 10 minutes walk. The lift, shower, airco, lighting, frig, flat tv, wifi all operated well. There is good cupboard space with tables and chairs. The staff is friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast is good. The hotel is good value with a small car park.
