Getting a response from property manager is a nightmare
This property is in a great location for our trip and because of that we chose this place. Firstly, the checkin details were not provided until couple of hours on the day of checkin. This was after several calls to vrbo customer service and emails to the property manager. Going to a new place, I would like to have the details atleast a day before the day of checkin. I had to book a different hotel after I landed not to ruin my trip. No wifi login details were provided during our stay. As other reviewers mentioned, there is a sign, that says no daily rentals allowed. The room was ok. Could have smelled better. The roof top pool was operating. No towels were provided.
