Mycket trevlig personal, bra sängar och rena rymliga rum. The hotel is perfectly average which was expected for the price. The room backed on another building to the rear which is exceptionally close to the guest house meaning that it feels very enclosed without any views at all. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Badezimmer hat schon einige Abnützungserscheinungen. Das Personal war freundlich, aber eben landesüblich nicht immer die Schnellsten. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen, die Partyzonen in 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi ##### Juerg ### 6/10 Okay #### Helge, Hamburg Dec 1, 2015 Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Einfaches Hotel mit guter Preis-Leistung Das Aya Place liegt etwas abseits in der Pratamnak Soi 6 einer etwas ruhigeren Seitenstraße, dennoch sind es nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Wenn man jedoch das Nachtleben genießen möchte, muss man ein Taxi oder Motorradtaxi nehmen. Die 10-Baht-Busse fahren in der Soi 6 leider nicht. Das Hotel ist einfach, die Zimmer eher klein, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Zwar haben alle Zimmer Balkon, aber wer die Sonne genießen möchte, sollte ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite nehmen. Bei den Zimmern auf der anderen Seite schaut man leider auf eine Wand. Es sind jeweils 8 Zimmer im Stockwerk, wobei die mittigen Zimmer immer eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer haben. Dadurch kann es nachts schon mal sehr laut werden, wenn die Nachbarn sich unterhalten oder den Fernseher zu laut gestellt haben. Das angeschlossene Hotelrestaurant beurteile ich mit sehr gut.
