This is one of the better apartment hotels that I have stayed in. You get what you see from the pictures. Although it was not clean when we arrived, there is a cleaning lady that comes everyday to clean the apartment. There were also no towels and no pillow cases! I had to go and buy towels and pillow cases from TESCO the following day. However, after I mentioned the problem to the manager, towels were provided and were changed everyday. The temperature was also quite high in Pattaya and the three air-condition units were not enough to cool down the two bedrooms and the living room/dining area. The location is quite remote but also means quite and relaxing. I rented a car so it was convenient for us. It might serve as a problem if you have no transportation.
