Our apartment was just as it was in the pictures. Spacious, modern, clean and in good condition. The pool surrounding the hotel is stunning and great for a swim to cool you down. The sun does not hit the pool or sun bed areas until lunch time due to the shadow of the bulging. The gym facilities are good enough to keep you fit throughout your holiday. The staff are friendly however do not speak much English and my check in experience could have been a lot better. The hotel specifies that you need to call at least 24 hours before check in. However I tried to call them for two weeks prior to my holiday with no avail on numerous numbers. I then called Expedia who provided an email address. I checked in through email. My flight was late and we did not get to the hotel till 11pm a key was left for me at the reception however as none of the concierges spoke any English it took me 3 phone calls to locate the keys. This was a little frustrating due to my long flight from the UK however following this I never experienced any other issues. Need to rent car or motorcycle.
