« Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud. »

« Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum...

« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »
