Aside from towels, bottled water, hand soap, and a hair dryer, almost nothing was provided. * Had to purchase our own laundry detergent. No iron or vacuum was available. * The washing machine and the bathtub's whirlpool function were disabled, making them unusable. * Confusing check-in process due to multiple elevator banks and poor directions. * Front desk staff were not helpful. A large sign at the entrance tells guests not to ask them any questions because they do not assist residence guests, creating an unwelcoming first impression. * Several warning notices in the room about fines for not washing dishes or sorting recycling correctly. The tone felt harsh and unwelcoming. **Overall** * While the apartment was spacious, the poor cleanliness, lack of amenities, confusing check-in process, and unfriendly atmosphere made this a disappointing stay. I would recommend choosing another property with better service and hospitality for a similar price.

The staff wasn’t nice or helpful and the rooms had paint that wasn’t all look pleasant.
