Or, head just 10 minutes down the road to Copia Vineyards and Winery, where you can enjoy premium tastings with sweeping views. Home Truths:
- Firewood is not provided for the fireplace. Guests are welcome to bring their own or purchase locally.
- The property is located 0.25 miles up a dirt road with a speed limit of 15 miles per hour.
- You must be at least 25 years old to book this home.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

The garage is not available for parking.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Very nice property. Very clean and the host provided all the necessary essentials and extras (coffee, hygiene products, cooking spices in a beautifully equipped kitchen, even a oak and play and high chair). Host was very easy to work with.

The home was fully stocked with anything we needed to feel comfortable. Kitchen, laundry, towels, etc… The views are spectacular. Plenty of outside space to hang out, eat meals and just relax. It is about 10 minutes outside of town so he prepared for some driving. Other than that is what’s a pleasure all around.

Great Home for Our Family Vacation

My husband, our 2 grown sons & I started our trip in Pebble Beach before heading to Paso for a few days of wine tastings. The home was lovely. Plenty of room for all of us. The view is AMAZING! We loved sitting out by the fire pit at the end of the day. The home is definitely off the beaten path, so as long as you don't mind the hills to get here you'll love this place! It was easy to get to the main roads for the wineries from the house. Jill was our house manager, and she was GREAT! Check-in/check-out was easy. We would use AvantStay again, the app was easy to use and their communication with us was 2nd to none. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

Short but sweet!

Only a two-night stay, but definitely want to stay longer next time! The home was VERY clean and well-cared for. The area was peaceful and secluded - we loved starting the day with breakfast on the back patio and ending the day around the outdoor fire pit. We feel very fortunate to have found this rental and will definitely recommend it to friends!

Wonderful Wine Country stay

Located within easy access to the wineries while offering privacy and beautiful views from a 5 acre private haven. Great amenities both indoors and out. Lovely Property...a must stay while on the Coast!

Very beautiful property....house very comfortable...beds comfortable...views glorious...a great property to entertain guest and also to be quiet and relax. The views, the sunset, the layout of the home, the host, lovely food items, games on covered back patio, and soooo much more. Very easy and short drive to downtown Paso. Don't even think about it...make the reservation...you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Experience

Scenic getaway

What a fantastic little ranch with 360 views! You get sunrise and sunset on top of the hill. The house was spotless and AvantStay the management company was incredibly responsive and helpful! Even prepared some local welcome treats. Would definitely come back for a weekend getaway. Only warning is the drive on the dirt road to the house has some big potholes but luckily we had a 4 wheel SUV.

Unbelievable house with magnificent views

House was well stocked. We cooked all of our meals, so we brought a lot of stuff. The views were so gorgeous, in the morning and the evening it was nice to sit on the porch. My only complaint was the beds, however, I’m the princess and the pea. The rooms were so comfortable. I would definitely come back again and look forward to it.

What a view!

This is a wonderful home with an amazing view that inspires tranquility and joy. Great to have a nice glass of wine in the back looking out. It is close enough to the Adelaida wine area that this is a big plus as is the town of Paso Robles which is close by. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Great for a family getaway. The property is well maintained and has a rural feel; note that access is off of a rolling dirt road. The property management company was responsive and dropped off an additional propane tank when requested. The back patio (and its view) is really stunning.

Terrific Remote Getaway

The house provided a terrific getaway from our busy lives in Los Angeles. The quiet, the beautiful views, and the fun Kitchen that allowed us to stay put and cook all our meals 'at home'. I highly recommend the residence as a get away from your normal busy lives... the abundance of wildlife running across the property and a wide range of birds circling the property made morning coffee and evening cocktails a delight. We were in paso during the fires (nearby) and a massive heat wave which shut down wineries - but we still managed to have a great time and relax. Can't recommend it enough. Have fun!
