Located at Sunrise Ridge resort, this townhome is well equipped for short or longer stays. Conveniently located close to town and the highly popular Rathtrevor beach, you will not have to drive far to make some memories. You will enjoy all the perks of the resort such as the year round outdoor hot tub, seasonal pool and gym. Other things to note As this is a new development there is still construction going on nearby. The resort is doing everything possible to minimize disturbances to guests. Great restaurant/bar Cedars next door makes for nice meals & takeout. Serious coffee is a wonderful cafe within walking distance and has lots of breakfast/ lunch food. We didn't sleep well the first night as the beds had a 2-in thick pad over the mattress for additional softness. Lots of people like this I'm sure, but we just find it too soft. The one thing that caught us off guard was the additional charges, which nearly doubled the daily rate for the rental. For a group that is interested in cooking within the condo, this would be a great option, but probably not a good choice for two people if the plan is to mainly eat in restaurants. ##### Brad H.
