We stayed at 2 different rooms. Double twin+ partial view and king beach view. Double twin room was at 7th fl and elevator smells sooooo bad!!! Beds are uneven but you have a beautiful view.
King room is slightly better than double twin room. Just kitchen is smaller and better. Bathrooms are same!
Tiki bar is perfect but if you are young professional, this hotel has too many elders. They have events which i found entertaining.
Food is so so.
Drinks are ok.

The staff was AWESOME! Breakfast, AWESOME! Rooms were nice. However…. It was SO HOT in our room. SO HOT. The thermostats wouldn’t budge. That was a huge bummer as I burn up at night. That’s the only complaint I have.

When we arrived to check in, there was only Jessica at the front desk, and a couple of people waiting in line. I noticed the phone was ringing continuously, and she was busy assisting both guests and answering calls. When it was our turn, we encountered an issue with our keycard; it wasn't working, so she had to try multiple times, which seemed stressful for her.
Despite the challenges, Jessica was great and patient in checking everyone in.
The room was clean, but we did have a problem with the shower. The water was always hot, no matter how we adjusted the knobs. We turned them all the way to the right and left, but the water remained hot or warm—there was no cold water available.
Overall, it was a nice hotel.
