  • Our house is perfect for a peaceful stay in an authentic setting, which allows you to breathe after a day in the frenzy of Paris! Only 15 minutes by transport from the centre of Paris (direct with the RER A, 5' walk from the house) and 30 minutes direct from Disneyland Paris. Accommodation located in a quiet area, in a haven of greenery, village atmosphere close to all shops and restaurants, ideal for families and all those who come to work in Paris. The Bois de Vincennes is accessible at the end of the street and offers beautiful possibilities for walks. The medieval castle of Vincennes and metro 1 can be reached by direct bus, or on foot, in a few minutes. Meals and barbecue possible in the patio. Free parking nearby.

This stay was perfect and arguable one of the best experiences with the host. It was a rainy night when we arrived and he waited at the property for us to make sure we arrived safely. The place was less than 5 minutes walking to the RER. It also had multiple restaurants steps from the front door.

Great stay and great communication throughout- all queries were responded to promptly. The house is a bit quirky: it’s spread over 3 floors (living on bottom; 2x bedrooms on each upper floor) with a shared toilet on each bedroom floor and shower / bath in room on first floor and a shower off the landing on topmost floor. We were a family, so that was fine for us. If you’re a group of friends it may be something to note. We wanted to stay in Fontenay-sous-bois, so the location was perfect. Not far from the RER (5-7 min walk) and lots of shops and great bakeries very nearby. Easy to get in and out of central Paris and very quiet and community / ‘out of the city’ feel to the area, which made a nice contrast to bustle of sightseeing days. (Recommend using CityMapper app for navigating transport)Property adequately furnished. Nothing over the top or luxury. Equally, nothing felt missing(!), although we didn’t cook anything while there (owner showed oil / sugar / S&P / basics in stock for use). Overall, really recommend the property.

Sehr ruhige Gegend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermärkte und Restaurants alles in der Nähe.
