Great little hotel and a good location and were able to get around the areas we wanted quite quickly. The staff at the front were fantastic. We looked forward to coming back to our hotel everyday to be greeted. Breakfast was not gourmet but it was good and just what we needed. The room was clean and we were fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the cathedral. Not an ultra modern five-star hotel, but a good clean small hotel. Great stuff. We enjoyed it.

While Parisian hotel rooms are notoriously small, the room layout was comfortable enough for 2. Very nice breakfast with extended hours. Helpful front desk staff. Countless cafes and entertainment venues nearby and very walkable (25 min) to get to city core.

It’s an ideal hotel for a weekend stay. The staff are great, especially the receptionists, breakfast team & cleaners. It’s in a central place with easy access to anywhere you want to go. Very safe area & plenty of places to eat

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Maxim Opéra. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit, and their warm hospitality really stood out. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy—a welcome place to relax after a long day exploring Paris. The breakfast was also a great convenience and a pleasant way to start each morning before heading out. Located in the 9th arrondissement near Grands Boulevards, with two Metro stations only about a 4-minute walk away and major attractions within walking distance. Overall, a charming hotel with excellent service, and one we would happily stay at again on our next visit to Paris.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Maxim Opera in Paris! The location was ideal for exploring the city on foot, making it so easy to wander through the different neighborhoods and experience everything Paris has to offer. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The combination of the wonderful location, warm hospitality, and overall atmosphere made our stay truly amazing. We would happily stay at Hotel Maxim Opera again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

It’s a charming, well located hotel. I would not recommend it for people with some mobility limitations. Only hand-held shower and very difficult tub to get in. We had the top floor rooms. Breakfast service is good and the staff polite and attentive. Phillipe, the manager on duty was helpful, jovial and full of good recommendations. Ideal for young couples. The elevator is very small.

Wonderful stay. Front desk staff was very helpful. Rooms were small but were perfect for 2 friends traveling through Oarus for a few days. Bathroom was A+. Highly recommended.

The room was clean but the hallways were shabby and dirty. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was sooooo small and the shower was the most claustrophobic shower I’ve ever used. And I’m not a large person. It was an okay spot but I wouldn’t stay again and I wouldn’t recommend. Definitely more of a three star.
