Receptionists during our stay were very helpful. We asked help for pickup early in the morning and went smoothly. Elevator is very narrow so if you’re going to stay in higher floor, you might to take the stairs. Rooms are as expected. We booked this hotel for the same day arrival and was very happy with the service, rooms and area! Its in the perfect location walking distance to so many restaurants. Room was small BUT so comfortable! Its was perfect for us. Beds were unbelievably soft and we slept like babies! Staff were pleasant and helpful.
