Loved the location by the entrance to the Chatelet les Halles underground station and Westfield Forum shopping centre. So easy to get around Paris from here. Just 8 minutes by RER train from Gare du Nord. 3 minutes by train to Galeries Lafayette or half hour walk. The area is vibrant - lots of restaurants/bars. Shopping centre good. So close to the Louvre and easy to walk to Notre Dame, Bourse du Commerce museum etc. Recommend walking to Place des Vosges. There’s a lovely route there with shops and old buildings. Aparthotel currently nearing end of renovation. It’s not as bad as some reviews suggest and it was made clear that renovation was taking place. The apartment we stayed in was lovely and we liked the new renovation - had everything you needed . Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception area is still being finished but no issues. No problem with lift either - although only one is currently in operation. They even gave access to a ‘comfort ‘ room to get clean towels etc if needed during stay. 24 hour access to building too. We absolutely recommend this place despite the renovation and look forward to returning again when completed.

Location is great, just outside of Les Halles, which has metro lines and shopping. Also a 5 minute walk to the Seine and Le Marais.

Construction of the lobby was taking place during my visit. On several occasions, the elevator was not operational. On 2 days, electricity was turned off much of the day. There was emergency lighting in the halls, but it didn't always work. One day I walked into someone waiting for the elevator because the interior halls were so dark and I didn't see him. Furthermore, I should have been told that there would be construction before I reserved a room. Also, the fact that we would need to go to a supply room for fresh towels, soap (the soap canister in my bathroom was almost empty when I arrived), and toilet paper - that was not communicated to me at check-in! Only after I went to the front desk and asked for a roll of toilet paper was I told about the supply closet.

Stayed for 3 nights starting 25 April 2024. the reception area and first floor were under construction. Only one small lift was available for guests to use, and only from the first floor. Fitness room was closed. It was a mess. However, the recently renovated guest room was very nice. But, would not recommend staying here until construction is finished.

I was not aware of the construction on-going at the site. Rooms were very nice but construction led to crowded/delayed elevator and no extra services. Area of hotel is very nice. Once construction is complete, the hotel will be great.
