A great location, right next to the train station, Universal Studios and many shopping/dining options. Room was comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfasts were nice. The only downside was a small self laundry area where there was a lot of waiting to use machines in the evening.

Great stay at Kabin Hotel! Our room was cozy and clean with comfy beds. The location was outstanding - near restaurant options and the Nishiki Market. Easy bus nearby to the Arashiyama Monkey Park and Bamboo Forrest. You can rent a boat to row across from the monkey park to the bamboo forests, which was a great extra surprise. Staff recommended a great restaurant / hibachi style all you can eat.
At the end of our stay, we needed to store our luggage for the day, and they were amazing and had a huge space for this at the other location around the corner. Super easy. Wed absolutely stay here again!

MONday absolutely met all of our family’s needs! After our long flight and long days of sightseeing, we were always looking forward to coming back to the friendly staff, the clean room, high-tech and clean in-room amenities! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
