We found this hotel had everything. The Management and Staff were all so professional and had everything covered. Entertainment, Food, Drinks, Accommodation and the overall friendliness made for a great holiday. We’ll definitely be heading back there again as soon as possible… Thank You Akteon! 👍😘

Needs a lot of work with it’s staff they need staff to match the hotel most of them definitely haven’t worked in hospitality before Not impressed at all

We stayed at the Louis Ledra hotel for a friends wedding this May and we were disappointed. The quality of the room and the facilities were average, a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. The food was not great, we were disappointed by the quality of most of the buffet and the pool side food. The only exception being the salads which were excellent. The activities that ran were not great, the staff running them were not well qualified - one of the yoga instructors did one of the moves wrong and the aqua aerobics was just a made up dance. The real disappointment was the staff customer service. On multiple occasions we were reprimanded for asking for food or service in the wrong place, and a waitress in the buffet was really rude while serving us at breakfast. Most of the staff were lovely and helpful, but these particular incidents left us feeling more than frustrated throughout our stay. Overall the hotel is okay for the price you are paying but it's nothing special and we wouldn't choose to stay there again.
