Welcome to Evergreen City Flat, a modern two bedrooms apartment located on the first floor, accessible via stairs or an elevator, situated in a quiet and well-developed area, ideal for families and professionals alike.  
Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room is elegantly decorated, featuring a stylish corner sofa and a contemporary dining table with four chairs. A 43” smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure connectivity and entertainment throughout the apartment. Patio doors lead to a furnished balcony, offering outdoor seating and a pleasant view of the street.  
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring all your needs are met for a comfortable stay.  
The first bedroom is a serene retreat with vibrant accents, featuring a luxurious queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and generous lighting that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The second bedroom, designed in earthy tones, includes a comfortable double bed, spacious wardrobes, and the same cozy ambiance, making it perfect for relaxation.  
The bathroom boasts a contemporary design, equipped with a walk-in shower for a refreshing experience.  
Evergreen City Flat is located in a prime area. Nearby, you’ll find Athalassa Park, just 3 km away (approximately a 7-minute drive), offering scenic walking trails and spaces for relaxation. For shopping, "The Mall of Cyprus," approximately 4 km (a 9-minute drive), offers a variety of stores and entertainment options, while "Sklavenitis" supermarket, just 2 km away (6 minutes by car), caters to all your daily needs. Additionally, the lively Ledra and Onasagorou Streets, located approximately 6 km away (about a 15-minute drive), provide a vibrant pedestrian experience with boutiques, cafes, and cultural landmarks, blending the old-town charm with modern city life.  
Evergreen City Flat offers the perfect combination of style, comfort, and convenience, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant charm of Nicosia. Your stay promises to be nothing short of exceptional!  
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
