"This is our 5th stay at this hotel. The best thing is tge staff, right from the receptionists to the cleaners and everyone in between, they are always smiling. "From the bottom of my heart, MIM did not dissapoint! Brilliant location, clean rooms, selection of great food! Kindest staff including David, Lucia and Luis! Could not have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend. Would have loved for parking to be onsite but there is plenty of parking locally that is free which is super helpful"

"Pros: The room was clean. The location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: We only had breakfast once(thanfully). The supposedly clean plates were filthy. "I express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered. "The people were nice and made you feel like you were at home"

"Ideal location in Cala Bona, our room had an ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds although they were all taken by 9am. There is also a separate sundeck away from the pool together with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a variety of both hot and cold food."
