"This is our 5th stay at this hotel. The best thing is tge staff, right from the receptionists to the cleaners and everyone in between, they are always smiling. The food is varies but lots of pork and fish. The swardfish is delicious. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. "Pros: The room was clean. The location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: We only had breakfast once(thanfully). The supposedly clean plates were filthy. We had to spend quite a while looking for one that was reasonably clean, only for it to be snatched from our hands by a very very rude guest who seemed in a hurry to eat. The breakfast staff...

"I express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered. Firstly, the hotel staff were unhelpful and dismissive, which left me feeling extremely distressed. "Ideal location in Cala Bona, our room had an ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds although they were all taken by 9am. There is also a separate sundeck away from the pool together with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a variety of both hot and cold food."

"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. "A great place to stay. Rather small, very quiet, nice views from the pool. Overall we still expected a little more for the price (e.g. some sort of sauna or spa). It was nice, but for the price we probably would not visit again."
