"Though small, the flat is great and well neat. It has a great view and good lighting control. Also, it is well located in the South Zone of SP. However, the check-in process is the worst ever. They'll make you deposit 1k BRL to their bank account - which they claim they'll refund it all within a week after your checkout. They won't send all the information you'll need via message or whatsapp. Instead, they'll send you a link that contains all the info about your stay - whcih lacks clarity and...
"A estadia supriu as necessidades da nossa viagem. O hotel é bem localizado, próx de bairros turísticos e para quem quer ir a embaixada dos EUA. O ponto negativo é que no quarto onde ficamos, o chuveiro elétrico dava choque toda vez que tomava banho, era complicado conseguir desligar ele e outra que, senti falta de um frigobar no quarto. Um ponto positivo é que adorei o serviço de café da manhã no quarto."
