"Bed was amazing, I want the same bed in my home now, staff was great. The TV had no signal and wasn't working, but I didn't say anything about it because I thought it might be related to the blizzard somehow. I was working that day into the night and was going to the hospital again the next morning for another day shift. The only reason I booked the room the day before was because I knew I was working through the blizzard and I was going to need a plan. My hospital staff told me there was an agreement with the hotel for nurses to get a discount but reception said I couldn't get it when I checked in Sunday night because of the way I booked my room. It wasn't explained to me what that meant or told to me how much the discount would have been for. That's the only part that was kind of a let down."

"Room was clean, in ok condition. Mattress was awfully thin and hard as a rock. Pillows were very thin also, I requested 2 extra pillows.Very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly Hopefully Mattress will be replaced soon. "

"Everything was excellent. Front desk was very helpful. Room key wouldn’t open the door (old school keys) and they promptly gave us another room. Cute charming place, romantic with fireplace. Nice deep soaking tub. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. "
