The Inn on Main Street is truly exceptional. Our room is beautiful and elegant while also charming and cozy. We love having different dining options on the ground floor and being in the center of downtown shopping.

Charming AF, and no hassles! 10 out of 10.

This place is incredibly charming! The area is, too. The attached restaurant was wonderful, we ate outside on the back deck. Note they do not have a liquor license, but the place was packed - the food was so good, no one cares about the lack of liquor. It may be BYOB, ask ahead if you care. Do yourself a favor and get the Tuna Bites. We're hard to please foodies, and those things were little bites of heaven! We also loved the lamb chops. But back to the hotel... That bed was so comfortable, I got 9 hours uninterrupted sleep for the first time in months. The entire place felt like we were staying in a well-appointed guest house of a friend. I get the feeling it was decorated by the owner with great taste. The lamps in our room were lovely, and I saw one of them at a gorgeous lighting shop down the road, which added to the local charm. Every Thursday in July the town closes the street and has a little festival. We drank beer on the street, shopped the cute shops, danced to a Grateful Dead cover band, checked out a classic car show, pet a thousand well-behaved dogs. It was heaven! The area seems to be an upper class crunchy town which is 100% our vibe. Lots of healthy food, sustainable shops, a cute art gallery, and clothing boutiques. Shower pressure was amazing, and AC worked perfect on 100 degree days and nights (and I'm perimenopausal, lol). We are absolutely staying here next year. We stayed in 301. We loved everything about this place. Thank you to the owners!

Upon arrival there was dark black long hair on the bathroom floor - it was but mine. I arrived late and didn’t call issue to management. The cleaning lady came in the following day and did not clean the bathroom bc the hair was still there. Gross I tried to use the stairs verses the elevator and the stair door barely opened on the ground floor bc a service tray was placed in front of it - blocking the door. Overall the stay was good however issues need addressing.

My favorite place to stay when visiting family at the Jersey shore. This hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, clean and in a great location. I’ve stayed here twice now and I love the fact that there’s no front desk - check in/out is done all via text or email on your own time, never feeling rushed or pressured, while always being able to contact them if you have a question. The hotel itself is on a Main Street, parking lot brightly lit with plenty of spaces, there’s a restaurant on the ground floor so when walking in you’re usually not alone, and they have key codes for after hours entry. It feels very safe and is in a safe location. I’ve stayed with someone and by myself, and I’ve felt equally comfortable both times, even coming in later in the evening. As for the rooms, they’re immaculately clean, from the linens to the bathrooms. Rooms are spacious with upscale furniture, lush carpets and nice pillows and bedding. They even decorated for Christmas this last stay, having lights on my balcony and decor on the night stands which was such a nice touch- the balcony was gorgeous and really added to the experience. It’s pretty quiet, obviously there will be people above and below there is a restaurant- if you want it super quiet, I suggest staying on the third floor as we did the first time. They also limit children so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway or honeymoon suite. All said, this is a wonderful place, I’ll stay here every time I’m in this area.

Absolutely beautiful rooms - spotlessly clean. Easy access and parking. Manasquan is a great town and everything is walkable from the Inn. Beach is about one mile away. Highly recommend.
