"Very good location to visit the Grand Canyon National Park, this hotel has everything you need for your stay and is very family friendly. Lovely looking pool although I didn't use it. Very large hotel making it busy around check-in and car park fills up but plenty of spaces."

"The bed was really comfortable. Loved looking at the stars that were nit only bright but looked so close. The experience was fun and what we expected. A better solar light might have been a bonus. The shared bathroom could use a little creativity. The water and dirt off our shoes made a nasty looking mess in that small toilet/shower space."

"This was our first time to this property. The room seemed to be showing its age as the bathroom tub had cracks and the drain backed up when taking a shower. Housekeeping left dirty sheets plied up in the room for us to discover, which we had to call to get removed. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was great and convenient in the morning. We were able to take advantage of a 20% discount for dinner at the steakhouse across the street, which was great. The location is easy access to the Grand Canyon park for site seeing. The experience was good for what it was since we saved money instead of staying across the street, which is definitely more upscale."

"Some good and some could be better. Logistics: I had solo room in house shared with 4 rooms, all separate/external entrances. Unit had a bathroom w/ shower, sink outside of bathroom, mini fridge, coffee machine, bed w/ two bedside tables. Standard smaller tv. The good: - AC worked well - Bed was comfy - General lodging and layout of the place was nice - Check in and check out was fairly easy (they requested me to wash dishes w/o any provided dishwashing soap, which I felt a bit much, I didn’t end making coffee so I had nothing to wash) - it was in a nice and quiet isolated location. I could slightly hear neighbors in the same fourplex, but not enough to bother me The bad/could be improved: - Floor wasn’t vacuumed well enough; there were a couple brambles on the floor that I stepped on that were presumably left by the previous guest - Communication from the property managers was very copy/paste corporatey - I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine (though that’s probably a me problem) - Gravel road up to the properties is terrible and very bumpy, though out of their control as it is a public road - An extra small table to put extra stuff would be nice"

"Clean room. Staff is very nice and helpful on the phone. Instructions provided are very clear. Not too far to the Grand Canyon. Bed is very comfortable with good amenities. Wish there is a small table and chairs in the room for sitting."
