If you are looking for a place to relax and recharge your batteries this villa is the perfect place! The property is located just 200m from the beach, and the famous restaurant of Aiyialos where you can enjoy fresh fish and great food, but also only 200m from a small supermarket where you can buy most of the supplies that you will need! If you are looking for a bigger supermarket METRO can be found only 4 minutes away by car. As you enter the house you will come upon the open plan living area, where you will find the beautiful living room area and the kitchen, the perfect area to sit and relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, a stove and oven, a washing machine, dishwasher, a toaster, and kettle! Additionally, you will find all the utensils and cookware to prepare most of the meals that you like, and you can enjoy them on the dining table right next to the kitchen! On the ground floor you will also find the toilet, and one of the three bedrooms that feature a relaxing double bed and large sliding doors on both sides that you can open and enjoy the cool breeze. On the top floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom! The master bedroom features a double bed and the second bedroom features a small bed! Both bedrooms feature closets where you can store your belongings! The second bedroom also features a balcony with a relaxing street view! Every room in the house features a split unit air-conditioning, that you can utilize to keep you call during the hot days of the summer! In the outside space of the house, you will find the spacious backyard where you can find the bbq facilities where you can prepare some of your favorite meals and enjoy them on the dining table located under the covered area!
