« The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

« Wow! I really couldn’t recommend staying here enough! A short walk down to the harbour. Beautiful views! The place itself was stunning. So clean. The beds were super comfy and the host was so lovely. We have really had a lovely weekend. Can’t Thankyou enough! »

« Best about the accomodation is being on top of the hill overlooking the sea. Comfortable for a group of 4 persons. Nice hot shower, spacious twin bedroom with bath, cozy place to rest at the end of the day after Eden project and St Ives. Malcolm and Linda were reached able via mobile and email. We didn't have a car but the flat is near St Austell train station, it’s about 25 mins walk. There are buses.But Taxi difficult to book, long waiting time. »

« Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs outside, even more so in this current heat wave. « I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. « Very happy to have off street parking. Bus stop just outside property so chose to do bus trip to Padstow - this bus goes to Bodmin Parkway should you choose to travel by train to Bodmin. Nice and spacious to spread ourselves out. A few great pubs and main High St walking distance. Would stay again. »
