This is an excellent apartment and we had a most relaxing stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had with modern fittings throughout. There is a lovely panoramic view with the town of St Austell between the apartment building and the sea. The accommodation is modern with underfloor heating in the main living area and kitchen, and electric radiators elsewhere. The bed would be fine for most and while my wife was comfortable I would have preferred something a little softer and perhaps a softer pillow. The kitchen is very modern and very spacious with plenty of counter space and cupboards. We did not receive the most comprehensive joining instruction until we were well on our way, which could cause some anxiety, but it did arrive as promised. The apartment we had, was part of a terrace of modern properties purpose built on a hill side. It was described as a penthouse, but interestingly the entrance was at the rear of the building where the private car park and shared entrance door was located and with no stairs to climb.
