Know that you need to take coffee pods for a Kerug coffee maker & that there is no W/D inside the condo - there is a community laundry on 4th floor. Very quiet place as many older people reside there. It is a gated community. There is a steep stairway down to the beach. Limited beach view as we were located behind the pool.
