It’s a short walk to the deeded private beach access through the Sunset Beach community (directly across the street from the Seacrest Beach Entrance Lifeguard Stand). Walk or bike to all of the boutiques and restaurants throughout Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. “Somewhere In The Sun” is a perfect place for couples or a single vacationer. Maximum of 2 guests and absolutely no pets. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or e-cigarettes is not allowed and is strictly enforced.
