It has been fully updated with modern finishes throughout. Take in the Gulf views and spectacular sunsets from the south-facing balcony. It’s a short walk to the deeded private beach access through the Sunset Beach community (directly across the street from the Seacrest Beach Entrance Lifeguard Stand). Walk or bike to all of the boutiques and restaurants throughout Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. “Somewhere In The Sun” is a perfect place for couples or a single vacationer. Maximum of 2 guests and absolutely no pets. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or e-cigarettes is not allowed and is strictly enforced. This little studio condo was perfect for my husband and I’s stay! It was very clean and cute. Very small, but it is a studio as listed. The pool was very clean and pretty. It’s exactly as pictured. This has been a total disappointment.My wife didn’t even want to sleep there anymore because we saw two cockroaches — and not just any cockroaches, but two huge ones.This is absolutely unacceptable and should never happen.How can it be that a place you are renting for people to enjoy their vacations ends up making them afraid to even sleep there because of cockroaches?You need to be much more thorough with your cleaning standards.This is something that simply cannot be overlooked.We had a terrible experience. We barely slept at all.Who knows if those cockroaches could have crawled over us while we were sleeping?Honestly, this was just awful.I truly hope you seriously reconsider and upgrade your cleaning services and your entire maintenance team.I would never use this company or stay in that unit again.And from now on, I will be giving you very poor recommendations to everyone I know.Truly a disastrous experience.
