Remodeled!Seasonal Chair service!Beachfront oceanview! West End Pinnacle Port Condo, Chair service March - October! 2-bed 2.5 bath sleeps 6\. New King bed in Master bedroom, King bed in guest room, with Queen sofa sleeper in living room. 24-hour onsite security mi. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs with living room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath downstairs. Gulf views from every balcony and window.( the master balcony is a wonderful straight gulf view, the living room balcony faces southeast with views of Carillon Beach and Homes)Lake Powell on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. You are literally surrounded by water. This is what vacation is suppose to be. You can stroll the white sand beaches, or go crabbing off the dock of Lake Powell. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset over the Ocean from your balcony, or set under the gazebo on a swing and enjoy the waters of Lake Powell. Full couch and 2 chairs in the living room. The Ocean view from the master is amazing! Wifi is provided property wide, also cable and flat screen TV in living room and both bedrooms. Seasonal Chair service provided, 2 chairs set up on the beach March thru October. The resort has 2 pools, one is indoor/outdoor and heated seasonally so you can swim year round. Secured, gated community with 24-hour security on site. Carillon Beach is one of the Top 10 Beaches in the World, with multi-million dollar gulf front homes, and to the West is Camp Helen State Park and Rosemary Beach. Pinnacle Port is the best location in Panama City Beach. Nowhere else in Panama City Beach can you find a resort on the beach and a lake to the North all on 26 acres. Away from traffic and crowds, yet close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, golf. Just a short drive East is Pier Park which includes Back Porch Seafood, Margaritaville, Pompano Joes, Dillards, and other shops, along with a huge movie theatre. Entertainment for adults and kids, less than 10 minutes away. Over the bridge heading West you will find scenic 30A, with high end shops and dining and world class beaches, then you will drive on to Destin with it's outlet shopping and dining. This really is the vacation destination that you will come back to for years. This is a non-smoking unit, HOA does not allow pets. We are so happy that you are considering our condo, don't hesitate to call with any questions. Our condo is located at the far west end of Panama City Beach on the Bay/Walton County line. Finally Just a couple of quirks about our unit. They do an excellent job in keeping everything spotless. Services were all spot on! Our unit had a great location on the 5th floor. Kitchen was updated and nice. Unfortunately the couch in the living room is worn and uncomfortable. The two side chairs are nice but hard. Tv is small and not a smart tv but does have cable. Bedding is nice but mattresses were uncomfortable. There are no dressers in either. There is a cube unit in one of the closets but hard to get to where it is mounted. Bathrooms are nice but Tub drains very slow. Beach balcony is great. First floor one could use more seating. We don’t anticipate returning to this unit but the facility and location are perfect. One lil minor issue, There was an extremely bad odor coming from the sink/dishwasher area. We bought some plug-ins, put a scented sanitizer down the disposal, and lit candles… It was much better! The condo itself was clean and comfy. The building is just very very old! Some of us were a little bit older so probably wouldn’t rent with stairs again. ##### Kelly S. The beach view from the bedroom was beautiful. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. One of my favorite surprises was the 2 beach chairs and umbrella were set up and ready for us first thing in the morning. I think it could have been better stocked with at least full rolls of TP and more than one dishwasher puck. We were aware going in it would be minimally stocked but it just felt sparse. I hate to buy an entire container of dishwasher pucks for three days of visiting. That said, with 5 of us there we had to wash plates bowls and dishes multiple times a day since most items only had 4-5 pieces. Some folding chairs would be nice so we could all sit at the table for dinner. I believe the listing mentioned quarters for 7 but there weren’t 7 sleeping spots. All in all it was fine but some simple tweaks would have made it great. ##### Erica L. The place is outdated but everything was still functional and clean. The AC had a hard time keeping the place cool on the super hot days but did a good job when it cooled down, we had a box fan that we brought so that helped. Has great views of sunrise and the beach.
