When we bought Emerald Isle Resort 1502, we were looking for a huge spacious balcony with perfect views of the beautiful water and beach, for elevators that work with no long wait lines, and same side of the street parking. We found a 10 rating for each of those at Emerald Isle Resort. The condo has comfortable attractive balcony furniture. The condo is equipped with appliances all less than a year old. You will enjoy recently replaced mattresses and a new sofa. The condo is very well supplied with kitchen necessities. You will fall in love with the view from the very spacious balcony. Front row beach service is included March - October. This is a non-smoking unit. We would love for you to stay with us! Safe travels! LIVINGROOM DRAPES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED!!!

Jerry was so easy to communicate with. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. The views were breathtaking and hearing the sound of the ocean all day and night was amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked. The building was always clean. Front office was very kind and approachable as well as helpful. We would ABSOLUTELY love to stay here again!!!!

The property was nicely decorated, very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The balcony was quite large with very nice furniture. The condo was in close proximity to Pier Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! Easy check-in and property is as described. Our only complaint is that, during our week’s stay, chair service did not begin at 8:00 am (more like 9:00) and umbrellas aren’t provided if winds blow 12mph or higher (even though condos on both sides put up umbrellas a couple of days that Emerald Isle did not). Chairs are also first come, come serve. Just be aware that you may want to take your own pop-up for shade.

Parking is safe and secure, tight, but doable. Automatic doors from parking area into the building was nice. Elevators are nice, fast and plentiful.We stayed on 15 floor and had NO elevator issues at all. The condo is clean, smells nice, well maintained, comfortable. We especially loved the electric recliners and the reclining sofa. Getting to the pool and beach is super easy and no problems at all accessing the 2 free chair/umbrella service.Balcony area is nice. I have no complaints whatsoever with this resort or condo.

My husband and I had a great time, the condo was absolutely beautiful! The only complaint that we had was that the sliding glass doors in the living room didnt have blinds/curtains so there were times the sun was a little too bright in the room for us. Other than that, we have no complaints and will be staying with Jerry Adams in future vacations.

Beautiful view!

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here. The balcony was so much bigger than what the pictures depict, and the view; OMG the view is beautiful! We've never stayed on the Gulf before, but so glad we decided to go somewhere different this time. Sunrises and sunsets were incredible, view is unobstructed. We saw stingrays in the surf, a sea turtle, dolphins and a couple of sharks who minded their own business. There were days we didn't want to leave the condo because of all we've seen!Only thing I would mention, for the vertically challenged [we're both short!] is maybe bring a stool for the dryer (stackable) and in the first bedroom for the pull chains on the light fixture. For me, I was able to pull the chains standing on the bed.

An excellent choice for an extended weekend away!

This was a very nice condo rental experience. Check-in was easy and smooth, the unit was wonderful and clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was outstanding!! The tall table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for watching the dolphins and the activity on the beach. My only complaint was that there were no drapes in the living room to block the early morning sun for the member of our party who slept on the couch. All in all we will definitely be coming back!!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location of this condo was ideal! Not in the crowds of PCB. This area of the beach seems to be more of an older crowd and quieter. The condo was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. You can tell a lot of care went into this unit. The kitchen was well stocked which is always nice. Having the complimenary beach service was an added perk. If you rent this unit, try the restaurant across the street, Mike's, it is delish and no driving needed!
