This elegant home offers stunning Gulf views and is designed for both relaxation and convenience, featuring a private heated pool, an in-home elevator, and spacious living areas spread across multiple levels. It’s a perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm, offering ample space for family and friends to enjoy a peaceful getaway. Guest Access ✔ Full access to the house ✔ Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM ✔ Booking guest must be 25+ ✔ Virtual Check-in All guests will be asked to provide their email, and Sunset Luxury Properties will email you the Reservation Confirmation, which contains a link to confirm your reservation and agree to our Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions. Just so you know, the agreement must be e-signed within 72 hours of your reservation being paid in full. Once this is completed, your guest portal will be available to access and includes information about check-in, the rental, including address & more! Door codes will appear in the guest portal at 4:00 pm on the day of check-in. The private pool is heatable for an additional fee of $65/day + tax. Pool Heat fees cannot be added on during the booking process and will be collected separately. Essential Things to know: After your reservation is booked, you will be provided a link to our Guest Portal to confirm your reservation. Here you provide all contact information, add your additional guests, upload a photo of you holding your ID and agree to our terms and conditions. You will have 72 hours to complete your confirmation. Failure to complete this within 72 hours of booking may result in cancellation of your reservation. 1) WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS or CHECKS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only. 2) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction. 3) MUST be 25 years of age or older to rent. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at home for the Rental Period. STARTER SUPPLIES We supply the following items for your reservation; 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish soap, 3 dish pods and 1 sponge per kitchen. 3 laundry pods per w/d set, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 bar hand soap per sink. All bed and bath linens are provided along with beach towels. Guests are responsible for bringing/purchasing additional items if needed. PAYMENT TERMS We require 50% of the rental total to be paid at time of booking. The remaining 50% payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you are booking within 60 days of arrival, 100% of the rental total is due at the time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day and are paid in full, will received a 50% refund of the rental total. Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day and only 50% of the rental has been paid, they will receive NO refund. Upon arrival, you will enter and exit the home through the garage. In the back right corner of the garage (to the right of the double glass doors), is the elevator. You will ride this up to the 2nd or 3rd floor to enter the main house. My only two complaints would be that the bunk room is in the garage and there is no way for the kids to get upstairs unless they go outside or ride the elevator unattended. The second complaint would be the neighbor to the left of the front of the house, constantly complaining to us on a daily basis. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our needs and a short short walk to the beach. It was also appreciated that there were toys in the garage for use and we left some behind as well. Our 4 generations, ranging from ages 3 years to 84 years, loved it! It’s beautifully decorated, first class accommodations. Every need is anticipated. Pool was fantastic. Good group areas but plenty of space to spread out. Gulf was a super easy, barely a block away and visible from upper decks of the house. Correspondence with property management was answered very quickly and more that satisfactorily. This was our first Vrbo experience and it set a high bar.
