The best of Palm Springs’ shopping, art scene, and bustling nightlife are just over a mile away. Conveniently located close to several grocery stores, and just five minutes drive from Palm Springs International Airport. \* 5 minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs \* 3 minutes drive to grocery store (Ralph's) \* 3 min drive / 12 min walk to nearest Starbucks \* Near Tahquitz Creek - a nice walk for dog owners \* Close to many great restaurants & eateries The home is situated on a quiet street with a large, private, and beautifully landscaped backyard – offering STUNNING VIEWS of the San Jacinto mountain range. We had some friends visit at different times and one couple fits easy, two couples were fine but that would be the max. The home is well appointed, the view is amazing, the yard is gorgeous, super private, lots of outdoor spots for whatever you want. The neighborhood is a short walk to everything. A few blocks to the grocery store, 1 mile to the heart of downtown. We had our dog there and at the end of the block is a private school with a large yard for when he really needed to play fetch. The property managers were top notch, very quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. The only criticism is that the kitchen is laid out in a way that gets tight pretty quick due to where the dishwasher is positioned.
