We had a wonderful visit at Leah's property. The home is just as pictured and was perfect for our girls getaway. Leah was quick to respond with any questions we had and super helpful. The location is very close to the main area of downtown Palm Springs making it easy to go to shops and restaurants. The backyard pool area, daybed and fire pit were perfection! The only minor issue we had was that it is a smart home so everything is voice activated, the lights, and thermostat we couldn't seem to figure out, but that was such a minor point and didn't really effect our stay much. The listing description is accurate and the house is nice. Backyard is amazing. However, we seemed to get passed around between a multitude of property managers when trying diagnose small house issues. The person who checked us in seemed to be a friend of a friend of the homeowner. I messaged the listing party with issues via the VRBO app and then I was forwarded to another person to try and coordinate over text message. The multitude of house managers did not have a good idea how to solve small issues. Specialists were required to be called to the house for simple problems that they homeowners should’ve known how to fix. If we come back to this house, I will be asking for a better breakdown of who is checking us in and who to contact for problems during our stay. ##### Sean C.
