Relax in the Best and Biggest Space in Palm Valley Country Club.

Come indulge yourself in beautiful Palm Valley Country Club! This wonderful 'Handi-Accessable' home is just the desert getaway you are looking for. It is spacious and equipped to cater to your enjoyment. Our golf, tennis and fitness memberships allow you unlimited play at guest rates. Two golf carts are also available for your use.

This Willow Floor plan has 2489 square feet of living space, plus a 2 car garage, patio off the master bedroom and a brand new expanded patio off the kitchen and living room with amazing views of the mountains, golf course, water, and palm trees! The new patio includes built in BBQ, dining table, lounge chairs and tables.

The open living area includes a gas fireplace, wet bar and 32-inch flat screen TV with DVR. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, dishware, and basics for your use. There is a breakfast nook attached for casual dining, which opens out to the patio. The formal dining area has a distinctive desert feel with ample seating for 8-10 guests.

There are 3 full master suites with 3 bathrooms, plus a powder room for guests. The first bedroom is luxurious with a California King bed, large bathroom with soaking tub and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. The third bedroom has a soft, sandy desert look with 2 bunk beds, full over queens plus trundles and attached full bath.
We offer high speed internet access as well as a wireless connection allowing the comfort of anywhere access, plus a printer.

There is a fully equipped laundry room.

The spectacular Palm Valley club house is the largest in the desert with Jr. Olympic size pool, 16 lighted tennis courts, athletic club, full service spa, and full service restaurants and bar. There are 26 pools with hot tubs onsite with one across the street for your convenience. For more information on the club, I encourage you to look at the web link below. A wonderful vacation spot that met all of our needs

Thanksgiving in the Desert

This is our second time renting this home in Palm Valley CC. It’s a great house for 4 adults and 2-4 children. We love the layout especially the living/family room where we hung out most of the time. We’re a big sports family so the extra large TV and sectional was a real bonus especially watching College and NFL and playing card games! The kitchen is good size with good labeling of all the items you would ever need.. The house is beautifully furnished with easy living! The dining room table was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner! We enjoyed the golf cart but had a few issues with it holding the charge. Most of the appliances are in good working order except the dishwasher is a little tired, not cleaning all the dishes. Also, the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was sloping and uncomfortable for our adult guests, The patio is a big bonus and one of the most family friendly in PV. We would rent again.

Lovely place

We very much enjoyed this house. Size is great. Loved the patio and the home was decorated so nice. Also plenty of room for our group of 6. Golf carts were fun. Only complaint is we had to go out and buy supplies like toilet paper and , laundry soap. An ample supply of that would have been nice especially since we were expected to wash all our towels before checking out.

Great place for a large family

This place was nice and clean. One room fit all the kids! Great location. Love easy access to the pools. Two golf carts to get you around which was nice as we had quite a few people using them. Host got back to me quickly when I had a question.

Even better than we expected!

We had a great time at this house. It’s nice in the photos but when we walked in we were so happy with the decor and layout. Huge couch in living room and beds were all comfortable. We lived sitting on the patio watching the golfers. The house has everything you need. We’ll be back!

Nice unit but wouldn't stay again

While there are many nice things about this rental I would not stay here again. On the positive side, the outside patio is lovely, has lots of comfortable furniture and a great fire pit. The golfers are fun to watch on the challenging par 3 right in front of the patio. The bedrooms are large, and beds are comfy. However, there are too many negatives starting with the cleaning. Despite paying a hefty cleaning fee and the Covid crisis, when we arrived it was obvious the place had barely been cleaned. The fridge and freezer were full of food, half-eaten containers of ice cream, etc. The master bdrm had dirty clothes, including underwear, left in the drawers. The master bath drawers had used personal items left in them as well. We chose to not put our items in any of the drawers as they were dirty and full of the previous renters’ stuff. The owners’ clothes were in the master closet. Coffee cups were put away in the cabinets dirty and used. Every pan that we used had to be cleaned first as they were sticky and dirty. The place needs a better cleaning crew and an owner that cares. When we complained the owner sent the crew back. They removed the old food and left without even wiping out the fridge. He told us we could clean out the bedroom and bathroom ourselves. During the week we were there both golf carts and the washer needed to be repaired.

Perfect Holiday!

Perfect home away from home! Great setting. Private deck. Views of the lake. Mountains. Golf course. Nicely furnished. Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Access to the golf cart and club house were an added bonus. Brent was great to work with. Highly recommended.

Resort-like Rental

My family and a friend family had a great time at this property. With all the amenities that the community has to offer, including golf, tennis, swimming pools and gym, it felt like we were staying at a resort. The property was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of hole #8. They even have 2 golf carts that you can use while in the community (although one of them was broken and I had to push it back to the house). I would definitely stay here again!

A perfect house for a family. Every room had a private bath, plus an extra 1/2 bath. It had a beautiful outside area to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course. A wonderful livingroom area with large screen tv. A wonderful plus was that it had a golf cart for us to use too!!

Thanksgiving vacation in the Desert

We loved this Palm Valley home. There was plenty of room with a spacious living room for playing games and watching football. We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner in the lovely, comfortable dining room . The 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated with each having its own bathroom, plus a powder room near the family room and kitchen. The master suite was a treat with a huge bathroom and walk-in closet. There were six of us but extra beds in the third bedroom for maybe 8 comfortably. November was a little cool in the evening so we only had dinner out on the patio one night. The view of the course was delightful. We enjoyed Happy hour as the sun was setting! The location was close to Palm Desert restaurants and shopping, cheaper golf and hiking. The golf cart was convenient for getting around the golf and tennis community with restaurants, swimming. tennis, pickle ball and golf. We all enjoyed walking around the beautiful scenery and the grandchildren loved riding the bikes! We would definitely rent again!
