You'll experience the calming sounds of the waves while watching the dolphins play and the pelicans soar so close you can almost touch them. A sweeping ocean-front experience, our balcony offers a large space with plenty of seating for everyone, offering perfect relaxation for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the moon rise with your favorite glass of wine. If you ever tire of sitting on the balcony, come inside and settle in our comfy living room to watch your favorite cable TV program on the flat screen HDTV or enjoy your favorite Blu Ray DVD. You’ll find a complete cable package as well as high-speed wireless Internet access. Our unit has an open-plan living and dining area, with hardwood floors throughout and cushy accent rugs to snuggle your feet into. For snacks, meals or entertaining, our fully equipped kitchen is a delight to use and provides granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the necessary cookware to create your own gourmet meals including pots and pans that are dishwasher safe. While you'll find a complete service for 12 for the adults, we have also included plastic “fishy” dishes and bowls with matching cups, sure to delight your little ones. You will also find several pull-out wire shelves in the lower cabinets, so you don’t have to crawl into the cabinets to retrieve anything you need. Choose to enjoy your meals and snacks in either the breakfast nook or the dining area on cushioned chairs around the glass-top tables, or out on the balcony so you can enjoy the views while dining. We hope you’ll explore your new surroundings and find them to be even better than the photos, with designer touches throughout to make you feel comfortable and at home. From floor to furnishings to vaulted ceilings, this penthouse unit has been totally renovated and the interiors are as gorgeous as its views. Great for long-term stays! We sleep 6 guests offering a choice of a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds in the three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own HDTV. In the master suite, dark, elegant wooden furniture and rich linens keep stress and worry a world away. The en suite bathroom and its large soaking tub offer additional relaxation and for the ladies, enjoy the vanity seating to do your hair and make-up. The front bedrooms are cozy and inviting, decorated with handmade window coverings. The queen bedroom features Steve’s photos of the 2014 Solar Eclipse which we have had mounted on canvas. (He swears he’s going to sign them one of these days!), as well as an en suite bathroom. We have attempted to provide all of the extras for organizing your belongings by adding lots of towel rings, hooks and a pull-out under-sink cabinet in the bathroom. The twin room also contains lots of children’s books and toys in the divided bookcase. The third bathroom in the front hall also has extra towel racks, shelves and hooks for added comfort during your stay. Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Beach Resort rentals include access to a large ocean front heated pool and spa, a second heated pool with a gradual walk-in slope for kids and families, spa, a 'water splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, an adult game room with pool table, a kids’ game room with Foosball table and video games, seasonal grille, and picturesque walking and jogging trails. We have provided a Welcome Guide with necessary information for your stay as well as information and menus for our favorite local places. In addition, you will find a binder with guide for Northeast Florida activities, including Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Historical St Augustine and St Augustine Beach. Miles of uncrowded beach offer a low-key and laid-back environment to just sit and enjoy the relaxing beach life. There are plenty of local restaurants for dinning and entertainment. Visit the Captain’s BBQ at Bings Landing on the intercoastal water way, or the many shops and restaurants in the European Village. For a unique experience try the Funky Pelican right on the ocean in Flagler Beach just 15 minutes away. If you are looking for adventure, then a day trip into historic Saint Augustine is a must. The unit is clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need for your stay. The views from the living room and master bedroom are beautiful and the balcony was a lovely place to have morning coffee. The condo was great; we had three couples and the condo worked well with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was wonderful to wakeup to the surf and view of the ocean. The pool facilities were great with a grill and bar. The food was actually very good for a pool grill. We had an issue with the coffee maker and the owner took care of it right away. There are tons of great restaurants in the area, we ate out every night. The owner had a wonderful binder with brochures of things to do and menus for places to eat. If you like golf there are many nice courses within 30 minutes of the condo. We highly recommend the Palm Coast area and this condo unit for your next vacation. ##### Christopher B. Sue (the owner) has everything in the condo you could possibly need & she is extremely understanding to any issues that might arise ( like forgetting to start the dishwasher when we left). It was absolutely the perfect condo for our family of 5 adults ( but she's got children covered with toys if needed). The place is just perfect and a easy drive to many activities. I have no complaints at all. It is clean, well maintained and appointed. The owners have gone the extra mile in suppling everything you need for cooking, sleeping, going to the beach or pool, or just relaxing on the balcony... everything! Sue and Steve think of everything! We cannot get over how the kitchen is so well stocked. It has everything you can think of and then some. The view is the best ever. Every time I go out on the balcony, I fall asleep within 5 minutes. There is nothing like the ocean air. All the beds are super comfy! If you have any questions, Sue will reply personally and usually within 5 minutes. Make sure to eat at Captains BBQ. Their ribs are the best. We also love Flagler Fish Company in Flagler Beach. We booked our vacation over the Christmas Holidays. The condo was decorated like it was out of the “House and Home Magazine" and it was spotless. The view from the balcony was spectacular, the pictures on the site do not do it justice. I cooked Christmas dinner and the kitchen was more than well equipped, no detail was overlooked. There were different types of pillows in the all bedroom closets so depending on what type and which firmness you liked it was there to choose from. The mattresses were all pillow top, very comfortable and had 500 thread count sheets. There was a good selection of DVD’s, books and games to choose from. All the bedrooms had top quality Sony smart TV’s, the living room had DVD player. There was cable, wifi and Netflix, no shortage of viewing possibilities. There were beach towels and a beach umbrella for us to use. I will happily stay at this condo again and I will be booking another stay in the future. We have always stayed at 5 star hotels and this is our first condo rental and I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this unit to everyone who may be thinking of booking a vacation. It really is a little piece of paradise. Sue and Steve were great to work with and answered all our questions, even the silly little ones. Thank you both for a wonderful stay. ##### Steve K. Top floor has the tall ceilings and end units have a larger balcony. We only left to get groceries because we did not want to part with the view or the sound of the ocean. The owners Steve and Sue have made this a very inviting place to vacation, so much so that we have booked it again for next year too. The condo is extremely well equipped and extremely clean so it is a pleasure to stay there. The ocean views from the terrace are spectacular and you can even see dolphins swimming near shore.
