good central location on the main street but no noise in the room. parking was available at 25Euro per day - carpark was a little challenging so better with a smaller car. staff friendly and helpful - would definatly stay here again

This place is located right on the main street and is in the middle of all the action, perfect for exploring the city! Facilities were secure, modern, and in good shape. The shower was larger than most.

Great location! Check-in required a credit card with pin for 100 euro deposit. I used my debit card. The manager speaks poor English. I only saw him once in three days, but it really did not bother me. The room is not very sound proofing. I could hear noises in the lobby and room above. Don’t plan to sleep in because you hear cleaning lady working at 9 AM in other rooms. Overall just don’t expect hotel experience because it is not a hotel. The location is unbeatable. It served my travel purpose and the price is right. So I still gave them a 5-star.

This property was amazing. We needed parking for our car. There is underground parking that is safe and secure. Get in touch with the front desk as you are driving into Palermo as Angelo will buzz you in and show you where to park. There is an elevator that takes you right to the suites for check in. The location is in the heart of Palermo. Restaurants and activities are right there. The apartment itself was fresh and clean and has a great bed, strong A/C and a stocked mini bar. I would definitely stay here again. Angelo was so attentive and kind. Grazie💕

The staff at check-in was very helpful even though he spoke no English we were able to communicate effectively and he helped us to figure out our parking spot in a private lot, which is definitely a challenge in Palermo! The rooms were small, but neat and clean, perfect for what we needed for our stay. The building does not have any windows in the hallways, and so the lights automatically turn off, which took some getting used to, but wasn’t a problem in the end. it would be nice in the future if we could have multiple keys for the room. If one guest wants to stay in the room and the other one wants to leave, you have to take the key with you as you cannot access the building without it. But you also must leave a key in the wall in order to get electricity. Overall, a good stay and a great location if you were wanting to be right in the center of the food markets and historical landmarks around.

Found the property easily enough. Check in was ok, though I was left hanging about for a little bit. It's one of these inner city rooms type of places so not a 'proper' hotel, if you know what I mean. I had to lodge a €100 deposit which I wasn't expecting and hadn't been required in any other places I stayed on this trip. The deposit was refunded in good time not long after I checked out. The room was modern and had everything I needed. Location was bang in the middle of Palermo and I really liked that. Seen a few reviews mentioning street noise but I didn't think it was at all excessive and the soundproofing seemed good to me. Airport shuttle was organised and was bang on time. All-in-all I had a perfectly good night and experience.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The location is excellent—within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, and shops, so there are endless dining options to choose from. It's also close to several scenic spots, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was spotless and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows and fresh, clean sheets that made for a great night's sleep. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Hard to find. No help desk that is really available. Bathroom shower awful but everything was clean. Right on one of the main streets in Palermo where you could easily walk to the TeatroMassimo and have dinner.

This was our second time staying here. Great location and very clean and comfortable. It was a little tricky to find during our first stay. You’re in the right spot when you see the Blues Brother’s statues at the SciuRum Restaurant and Lounge! The entrance is just on the left before the statues.

This B&B was in a great location (though hard to locate) and it was clean and updated. Downside was the air conditioning didn’t work so we suffered sleeping! Left patio door open for air but was very noisy. Also no breakfast for being a B&B and their card machine didn’t work for a deposit and they demanded cash but luckily they refunded it. Staff didn’t speak much English so it was hard to communicate. But despite messages thru Expedia re: air conditioning, we got no response and thus no resolution despite others we spoke to in other rooms that had working air conditioning.

We had a fantastic 13 night stay. Staff were excellent. Could not fault anything with the room. However there was no iron. We had a travel iron. The hairdryer had a diffuser which is rare but useful. Our room was at the back we had no noise issue. Perfect place for venturing from there. Most streets lead back to there. Would definitely recommend staying there and would definitely recommend visiting Palermo. Sicilian’s are very friendly. Food is amazing. You have to look past the graffiti. They do their best with the rubbish they were down the street we stayed on twice a day. All the places we went to eat or drink were exceptionally clean. Transport very easy to access and use and also very clean. We used the train, tram and bus. But mainly walked everywhere. So easy to get to the forum shopping by tram and worth going if you like to shop.

The host was super nice. The location is perfect. Directly in the center with full of really good restaurants and bars. We could also store our bicycles safely. Our room was also good. The only two things: The air-conditioning was not really cooling down our room. It it placed below the sideboard due to that the cold air is stucked there and not really reaching the bed. The other thing was that water came out of the shower and also below the sink.

Great location, walking distance to almost everywhere. It has a lift, however if the room is in Mezzanine floor, the luggage’s need to be dragged up n down the stairs. There is no staff, need to contact them on WhatsApp. No parking available and cars can’t come to the street. Has good air con, it is very noisy as it is in the heart of night life. The rooms were clean but the showers had some mould and the room was very small for 2 people. Overall, it was good.
