We had a delightful stay at this hotel in Palanga. The location is conveniently situated a short 10-minute drive from the city center, perfect for beach outings or enjoying walks and bike rides. The rooms are exceptionally clean and feature comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the saunas and pool. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel has 5stars. However, I would give max 4. It requires renewal and renovation. The biggest advantage- outside pool. The hotel has flaws though: no iron, old furnitures, out fashion carpets.

The best in Palanga?

Surprisingly everything was spot on. This hotel is a bit expensive on a Lithuanian scale. Rooms are small but overall comfortable. Breakfast and food was excellent.

Overall this is a good clean hotel, the entrance, restaurant and main swimming pool outdoor is nice. The hotel is fairly close to the beach, 8 minutes walk. And it is around 10-15 minutes drive to the town. There are buses routes nearby but never tried these, I did spot that the buses were fairly full. You definitely need a car if travelling with young kids. The hotel is child friendly. The service was excellent, the staff go out of their way to help you. There is room for improvement in terms of the facilities on offer and if the hotel carried out these then it would be great. I am not sure why these have not been done already. I would advise the hotel management team to look into these as they will make a huge difference, its what makes a hotel truly special, and tick all the boxes for travellers.

Nice but no where a 5 star hotel

The hotel there is no where a 5 star hotel. It’s nice but not as clean as it should be and contains old ish furniture that has some defects. Our room had no lights working in the restroom, telephone in the room didn’t work. When issues were reported they fixed the phone but lights not until next day. They did offer a different room though which is understanding. Check-in and check-out took so long 15-20 mins with numerous mistakes on the bills. Disappointing and don’t think I would stay there again.
